Can I choose my own paper patterns?

Yes! There is no way for us to show you all papers we use on our work, as the list would be endless. We have hundreds of papers and are always getting more.  Just let us know what look you are going for or if you have a specific paper pattern you want us to use.  Before completing your art, we will send you a picture of the paper patterns for your approval.

 

Can I choose a ribbon that I don't see in any of the pictures here?

Yes! Just like the paper choices we have hundreds of choices in ribbon! Please let us know if you have a specific desire as in dots, stripes, etc.

  

How long does it typically take to get an item once item is ordered?

All items are custom made and typically take between 10-14 days plus shipping time.  Please let us know what time frame you need it in when you order and we can give you an ETA.

  

Do you send the items gift-wrapped?

No, items will not be gift-wrapped.

 

Can you ship the item directly to the recipient and the receipt to me?

Yes! If you are in a time crunch or live in a different city than the recipient we would be glad to ship the item to the recipient for you!

 

Do you sell items wholesale?

Please contact me regarding wholesale discounts and minimum order requirements.

Currently I am selling in many store fronts. Because many of the boutiques/shops want unique items, I do not sell to two shops in the same area.

 

What if I am looking for something that I don't see here?

Tell us! We are always thinking of and searching for new things to offer so we are very open to suggestions!

 

What is the return policy?

If you are not happy with your purchase for ANY reason, PLEASE contact me within 5 days of receipt of purchase to make arrangements to send it back. You will be given a full refund, no questions asked.

This policy does NOT apply to personalized pieces (with all personalized pieces, a picture is sent via email to make sure that you are jumping off the roof with LOVE for your art before I pop it in the mail...adjustments can be made at that time.

  

What payments are accepted?

All payments work securely through paypal with your credit or debit card.  If you choose to go the check by mail route you will be emailed an address to send the check to.  As soon as the check clears the order will be processed.
